It all starts with a chat.

It’s really important to me that I connect with my potential clients before taking the next step. This is so not only can I get to know you, but you get to know me! If it feels like a beautiful fit, then we’ll discuss how I can best support you.

Next I’ll get you onboarded. This includes pre-work brand questionnaires, your online portal, timeframes and a little something in the post.

We take a deep dive into your brand.

Enter: the research phase. I do a LOT of work before writing a single word. From competitor research to digging into your brand positioning, I spend a hefty chunk of time working out how to tell your story in the best way possible.

You receive the work.

You’ll then receive your work alongside a video guide and have the opportunity to talk it through on a call or jump straight in with written feedback. I’ll then edit and refine until it feels perfect.

We bid farewell or keep on moving.

If this is the end of our partnership, we’ll fondly wave goodbye - if not, we will roll straight into our next round of work for you (whether that’s the second part of a project or the following month’s content). Either way, i’ll be watching your continued success avidly.

  • Most likely! I love working on bespoke projects - PR campaigns, print copy, even books - so get in touch and let’s have a chat. I have a super varied background in marketing and lots of different interests and experiences.

  • Yes - there’s a minimum three month commitment. After this it turns into a rolling partnership with a 30 day cancellation or adjustment window.

  • I use Google documents to write and share feedback on copy - this will be uploaded to your personal client platform. You can also speak to me on Voxer (a bit like WhatsApp for businesses) for quick questions and feedback.
